Shipping policy

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 4:00 PM CET are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

Netherlands Orders under €125.00 ship for €10.00. Orders of €125.00 or more ship FREE — order before 4:00 PM and we'll ship it the same day.

Europe (EU) Flat rate shipping to all EU countries: €150.00.

United Kingdom Flat rate shipping to the UK: €150.00.

Caribbean (BQ, AW, BB, CW, SX, SR) Flat rate shipping to the Caribbean: €200.00.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your ship date and tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated by the carrier.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS Orders are not processed or shipped on Dutch and European public holidays (including New Year's Day, King's Day, Liberation Day, Ascension Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day). Orders placed on or just before a public holiday will be processed on the next available business day.

ORDER PICKUP We do not offer order pickup at our warehouse. All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
