Orders

How do I place an order?

Add the product you want to your cart and follow the steps at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to change or cancel an order. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make any changes.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow your package.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship throughout Europe and to the Caribbean islands. Check our shipping page for up-to-date information per region.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by region. Within the Netherlands, expect 1–3 business days. For the rest of Europe, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping is available above a certain order value.

Products & Tires

How do I know which tire fits my motorcycle?

Check the size label on your current tire or refer to your motorcycle's owner manual. Not sure? Contact us — we're happy to help you find the right fit.

Do you also sell tires for street use?

Yes! In addition to race and drag racing tires, we also offer tires for everyday street riding from brands like Shinko and Dunlop.

Are the tires in stock?

Stock status is shown on each product page. If a product is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it becomes available again.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We'll resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Can I become a reseller?

Yes, we work with selected resellers. Fill in the application form on our reseller page and we'll get back to you.
